How We Work

Case Study 04 · Vietnam → United States

One Requirement. Multiple Specialized Partners.

Integrating suppliers, ingredients and manufacturing capabilities for breaded oysters made in Vietnam for the U.S., 2026.

Started 2026 · Product development · Commercial launch preparation

An American partner asked us to manufacture breaded oysters in Vietnam with specific batter, breading, raw-material, processing and finished-product characteristics. No single existing manufacturer met every requirement.

Rather than simply finding an existing breaded-oyster manufacturer, Takayoshi is coordinating several specialized partners — coating suppliers, raw-oyster sources and a Vietnamese processor — to develop a suitable manufacturing solution together, with Mr. Kan providing strategic and technical business advice.

Commercial terms have been agreed. The product is in development and launch preparation; commercial export has not yet begun.
